ABOUT BROWN BEARS STUDIOS
Making the trip into Manhattan super quick, Brown Bears Studios is conveniently located a hop, skip, and jump away from Broadway Junction. The four floor building offers the cheapest square footage of all our buildings, is flooded with natural light (most spaces featuring floor to ceiling windows) and set against a rustic industrial aesthetic to please the most eclectic of creative tastes.
Our community of creatives, who range from music producers to fine artists, all enjoy being situated within a lively creative hub. Down the road from our building, Universe City, a locally run urban farm, is within walking distance to Brown Bears, allowing for a lovely urban escape. Soul food is the preferred flavor around here and we recommend Soulful Food, serving up turkey wings, whiting, basa, lobster, shrimp, candied yams, cornbread, and shrimp and grits.
