The oldest of all our buildings, Decatur Studios inhabits a 1898 brick building that once housed Diogenes Brewing Co., which opened in 1898 and closed in 1920. Since then, it has housed many creative industries before Rockella Space took it over in 2020. This old building is filled with light, is a creative hub that includes a music venue and pizzeria.

Building Features

Decatur Studios is located in a 20,000 sq ft building, housing 10 uniquely designed light filled, completely private studios, ranging from 400sqft to 2000 sq ft. Decatur Studios also boasts high ceilings, offering private studios with tonnes of natural light.

Decatur Studios hosts music producers, figurative and fine artists, designers and photographers. The building stands in a community of local restaurants, artisanal shops and venues, giving our creatives a host of networking opportunities. The building also housed the beloved Houdini Pizza Laboratory, which unfortunately closed down due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, but will reopen with a new concept as Pan Pizzeria in the building. It also houses H0lo, a music and performance venue with a newly opened backyard space for the neighborhood to enjoy.
