Our newest location on the 24th floor of 520 8th Ave is currently under construction and on track for a May 1st move-in date. This marks a major milestone for Rockella as we expand our mission of providing dedicated, affordable workspaces for artists in one of the world’s most vibrant creative hubs.
Studios on Offer
The new Manhattan space will feature over 40 artist studios, designed to accommodate a wide range of creative practices. These studios range from 100 sq. ft. to 300 sq. ft., offering flexible options for painters, sculptors, writers, designers, and more. With high ceilings, professional lighting, and a clean, modern aesthetic, this space is tailored to help artists focus, create, and thrive.

We’re making swift progress on the buildout! The studio layouts have been marked out, and the framing is already up. As construction moves forward, we’re ensuring that each space is designed with functionality and comfort in mind. Walls are going up soon, and final touches like lighting and flooring will follow, setting the stage for a seamless move-in process by May 1st.
