Exciting news for artists looking to work in the heart of New York City—Rockella is officially launching into Manhattan! Our newest location on the 24th floor of 520 8th Ave is currently under construction and on track for a June 2nd move-in date. This marks a major milestone for Rockella as we expand our mission of providing dedicated, affordable workspaces for artists in one of the world’s most vibrant creative hubs.
Studios on Offer
The new Manhattan space will feature over 40 artist studios, designed to accommodate a wide range of creative practices. These studios range from 100 sq. ft. to 300 sq. ft., offering flexible options for painters, sculptors, writers, designers, and more. With high ceilings, professional lighting, and a clean, modern aesthetic, this space is tailored to help artists focus, create, and thrive.

As part of our Opening Special, we’re offering 17 private artist studios in Midtown Manhattan for just $800/month—a savings of up to $300!
