MURAL COMMISSION
Zion Outdoor is seeking a skilled muralist to implement a temporary mural commemorating the Year of the Snake at 245 Canal Street, New York, NY – (China Buddhist Association). The mural will span approximately a total area of 226 square feet.

EXHIBITION OPPORTUNITY
Lux Center for the Arts invites artists to submit their work for our upcoming group show titled “Under the Influence.” This exhibition will explore the profound impact that artists have on one another. Art is a dynamic conversation—a dialogue that transcends time and space, where each artist builds upon the ideas and styles of those who inspire them.

RESIDENCY
Wave Farm welcomes submissions from artists, researchers, tinkerers, and writers, from a variety of disciplines who will embrace this opportunity to create work for a terrestrial radio station that celebrates risk-taking work and prioritizes the uniquely urgent and intimate nature of the radio medium. Applicants should deeply consider the distinctive qualities of FM radio as opposed to online radio and/or podcasts. This is an opportunity open to international applicants. Women, gender non-conforming people, and people of color are encouraged to apply.

VISUAL ARTS GRANT
The Virginia A. Groot Foundation Grant was established so that ceramic sculpture artists or sculptors of diverse mediums may have the opportunity to devote a substantial period of time to the development of their work. The first-place grant is $60,000; the second-place grant is $30,000; the third-place grant is $20,000.

EXHIBITION OPPORTUNITY
The Philadelphia Museum of Jewish Art, located within Rodeph Shalom is dedicated to exhibiting contemporary art that illuminates the Jewish experience. The PMJA was founded in honor of the late philanthropist Jacob S. Gutman in 1975. In addition to its special-exhibit gallery, the Museum features a permanent collection of important works by accomplished artists, including William Anastasi, Chaim Gross, Tobi Kahn, Joan Snyder, Shelley Spector, Boaz Vaadia and Roman Vishniac. The PMJA is a vital and engaging part of the RS Community.

MURAL COMMISSION
Union Square Partnership (USP), in collaboration with the NYC Department of Transportation Art Program (NYC DOT Art), is seeking a professional working artist to design and install a temporary street mural on 14th Street between University Place and Broadway. The mural will be primed and painted in mid-May 2025 in collaboration with community volunteers.

GRANT
Café Royal Cultural Foundation will award an exhibition/project grant of up to $10,000 to New York City artists creating paintings, drawings, sculptures, and photographs. Artists in all genres of visual arts are eligible to apply.

New Fest’s New Voices Filmmaker Grant is an ongoing initiative in partnership with Netflix to support emerging LGBTQ+ directors with $25,000 in funding to create new work – in addition to mentorship, networking, and professional development opportunities!

FILMMAKER GRANT
This partnership between Netflix and NewFest supports emerging LGBTQ+ filmmakers. Four filmmakers with documentary, narrative, animated or episodic projects by and about the LGBTQ+ community will each receive a $25,000 grant.

PERFORMING ARTS GRANT
The purpose of the Performing Arts Grant Program by the Tri-M Foundation is to support the development and presentation of innovative, high-quality performing arts projects by regional non-profit arts organizations. Award range $3,000-$10,000.

PUBLISHING FELLOWSHIP
The Artist Publishing Cohort is a new initiative offering personalized support for eight artists with publishing projects in progress. Selected artists receive a $1,000 stipend, coaching and staff support, optional weekly workshop, and access to aLP resources.

PRINTMAKING RESIDENCY
Lower East Side Printshop‘s Keyholder Residency Program offers emerging artists free 24-hour access to printmaking facilities to develop new work and foster their artistic careers. The program includes a $1,000 stipend. Artists from all disciplines are eligible to apply.

FELLOWSHIP
Forge Project offers six Indigenous artists, scholars, organizers, cultural workers, researchers, or educators will each receive $25,000, full access to the Forge Project site, libraries, and a lending collection of living Indigenous artists during a residency stay of up to three weeks.

The New Jersey Symphony is now accepting applications for the tenth annual Edward T. Cone Composition Institute. Winning composers will have their music performed by the New Jersey Symphony and will participate in in-depth career development sessions with industry leaders.
