Building Features

Located in a 55,000-square-foot building, One Eyed Studios houses 190 uniquely designed, light-filled, completely private studios, ranging from 100 to 400 square feet. We set a new standard in creative spaces within the artistic industry, accommodating solo creative workers and teams of creative thinkers in the most beautifully designed studios in Brooklyn.

Our studios feature specially designed skylights and high ceilings, ensuring abundant natural light. These unique skylights penetrate from the second floor to the first, guaranteeing daylight in every studio, regardless of its location in the building.

The old industrial charm is seamlessly interwoven into the building’s design. Studios highlight the original industrial hardwood floorboards, polished to a beautiful finish, or feature polished concrete for a contemporary look. Exposed brick, industrial pipes, and ceiling beams run throughout the building, adding allure and an industrial aesthetic that delights our community of artists.
