GRANT FOR WOMEN
The NYC Women’s Fund for Media, Music and Theatre provides grants to encourage and support the creation of digital, film, music, and live or online theatre content that reflects the voices and perspectives of all who identify as women.

PUBLIC ART COMMISSION
More Art’s Engaging Artists Commission is an opportunity for early career artists focused on the incubation and commissioning of a public art project and carries an $8,000 award to realize the project, plus cuartorial, conceptual, budgetary, and logistical mentorship.

LITERARY
The PEN/Robert J. Dau Short Story Prize for Emerging Writers recognizes 12 emerging writers each year for their debut short story published in a literary magazine, journal, or cultural website, and aims to support the launch of their careers as fiction writers. The winning writers each receive a $2,000 cash prize and will be published by Catapult in their annual anthology, Best Debut Short Stories: The PEN America Dau Prize.

VISUAL ARTS AWARD
Café Royal Cultural Foundation NYC will award an exhibition/project grant to NYC artists creating paintings, drawings, sculptures, and photographs.

SCULPTURE AWARD
The Stanley Bleifeld Memorial Grant is a prize of $5,000 sponsored by the National Sculpture Society. It is awarded annually to a sculptor who has demonstrated outstanding ability as a sculptor and who has created a body of work inspired by nature which includes works of sculpture in the round and in bas-relief.

Sundog Theatre‘s longtime series “The Originals” is seeking plays that actors will read, broadcast live on the web and be heard throughout New York City, the US, and worldwide. Sundog will pay a remuneration of $150 for each play that is used. There is no submission fee.

The Asian Cultural Council (ACC) has four distinct grant types to support immersive cultural exchange. The New York Fellowship is a six-month program that aims to foster grantees’ understanding of New York City’s many diverse cultures.
