BROOKLYN ARTS GRANT CYCLE
Applications for Brooklyn Arts Council’s 2024 Grants Cycle, SU-CASA Creative Aging, Global Rhythms, and AIE Performing Groups are now open. Community Arts Grants include the Brooklyn Arts Fund, Local Arts Support, and the Charlene Victor & Ella J. Weiss Cultural Entrepreneur Fund. The Creative Equations Fund includes grants for Justice, Equity, Sustainability + Performing Arts; Cultural Heritage, Diversity + Dance; Social Innovation + Entrepreneurs; and the Brooklyn Innovation Incubator Fellowship.

Little, Brown Spark, an imprint of Hachette Book Group, in partnership with Psychotherapy Networker, is announcing the New Voices Award, a new opportunity aimed at amplifying the work of underrepresented experts in the field of psychology. The award invites previously unpublished and unagented writers from underrepresented backgrounds to submit a nonfiction book proposal on any topic within any branch of psychology. The selected applicant will receive the opportunity to enter a publishing contract with a $50,000 advance.
